Third-Party Platforms & Fees

Certain services may involve third-party software providers, government agencies, financial institutions, website platforms, payment processors, domain providers, and other external organizations.

Northgate Strategy Group LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, service interruptions, denials, delays, pricing changes, platform policies, account restrictions, or other issues outside of its control.

Clients remain responsible for all third-party costs and ongoing business expenses, including but not limited to:

• State and federal filing fees

• Licensing and permit fees

• Domain registrations and renewals

• Software subscriptions

• Payment processing fees

• Website hosting fees

• Advertising expenses

• Taxes and compliance-related costs

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of purchase, proposal acceptance, or engagement agreement.

Due to the nature of consulting, advisory, business planning, implementation, and professional services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
