Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital, consulting, operational, and business setup services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun on a project or service package.

Clients are encouraged to review service details carefully prior to purchasing. If a client has questions regarding a service, they are encouraged to schedule a consultation prior to purchase.

Non-Refundable Services May Include:

LLC formation filings already submitted
Website setup work already completed
Ecommerce setup work already completed
Workflow or SOP development work already completed
Consulting sessions already provided
Digital deliverables already created or delivered

If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Northgate Strategy Group LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds for completed work, partially completed work, digital deliverables, or services already rendered.

Third-party fees, government filing fees, subscription fees, software costs, domain purchases, hosting fees, and other external expenses are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and requested materials necessary to complete services in a timely manner.
